How do I place an order?

Orders are placed online. If you have any queries, visit our contact us page. 

 

How do I know if my order has been received?

Once we have received the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email and a second email once we have dispatched the items. After it has left our warehouse, the courier will send you the tracking information. 

 

Can I place and receive an order from overseas?

You can place an order from out of the UK, however, this facility is not available on the website. If you wish to order, this is upon request, so email us with the products you would like along with the shipping address and we will get back to you within 2-3 working days. 

 

How much do I need to order?

There is no minimum order value on the website, except for local delivery which is a minimum of £50 per order within a 10 mile radius of our warehouse. The shipping will be based on the size and weight of the product. Please see our shipping policy for more information. 

 

What is the cut-off time for next day deliveries?

Order before 12:30pm for next day delivery. 

 

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we have an online pick-up service available. However, please wait for an email which states your order is ready for collection. 

 

Can I get better prices for larger quantities?

Packaging is a quantity sensitive product. Some products on the website have variations which automatically applies the bulk discount. All our prices are competitive. 

 

Can I open an account?

Yes, we advise all customers to create/register an account as part of placing their order. Creating/registering an account makes future orders a simpler process as it stores the shipping address, order history, and allows us to send customised promotions to our returning customers.

 

Can I return items?

You have 30 days to return the item to us (buyer pays return postage costs, unless product is faulty). To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase with tracking is required to be eligible for a full refund.
